MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Beth!

I can't wait to help you achieve a more balanced life.

I am a psychology professor with over 31 years of experience teaching hundreds of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Throughout my career, I’ve mentored students in my research lab, designed curriculum and programs, and built a strong record as a social scientist and productive researcher.

But my story isn’t just academic—it’s deeply personal. After growing up with neglect and spending years in a controlling marriage, I embarked on a decade-long healing journey. Along the way, I used the tools of my profession, gained new certifications, and developed science-based practices to heal, grow, and rediscover my worth.

Now, I bring together my professional expertise and lived experience to help others quiet self-doubt, reclaim their worth, and rise into the life they were meant to live.
