My work as a psychology professor for over 30 years has shown me the incredible power of the mind-body connection. Now, I've made it my mission to move this science out of the classroom and into your hands, equipping you with practical breathwork and meditation tools for real-life resilience.

Not at all! This retreat is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. We provide clear, gentle guidance to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move easily in. We will be doing chair yoga, so no need for a yoga mat or any prior yoga experience. We recommend bringing an open mind. We will provide you with a journal and pens and everything you need.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please email us at [email protected] before the retreat to let us know, and our instructor Yvette will provide personalized modifications. All yoga sessions will offer variations to accommodate different bodies and abilities.
Absolutely! This is a core goal of the day. You will leave with a practical "Reset Toolkit" of breathwork and mindfulness techniques that you can immediately use to manage stress, quiet your inner critic, and find calm in your everyday routine.
The atmosphere is supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental. This is a safe container to explore your own experience, free from pressure. We move at a gentle pace, balancing learning with practice, connection with personal reflection.
We will provide a light continental breakfast upon arrival and a healthy, mindful lunch to nourish you throughout the day. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific dietary restrictions.
